I give this place a 3 Star. They’re good at what they do and prices are good as well but the lady that did my pedicure looks like she dislike her job and dislike everything around her. She does not communicate with her client or at least have a decent conversation. My sister brought me here for a birthday gift for me and I expected a relaxing morning.
A nail tech by the name of Rachel did a excellent job with my sister! Had a decent convo with her and me I would give her a 5 Star for that I enjoyed talking to her!

Wonderful service!! I’ve been to many nail salons in the kissimmee/hunters creek area and they are by far the best. Great service, quality product, and very reasonable prices.
Also, if there is any problem with your nails they are quick to fix, no questions asked, and always happy to give you exactly what you want!

I do not recommend this salon. They were friendly and i got serviced fast but I asked for dip powder nails and the guy gave me acrylic nails all because I had gel nails and i said I didn’t want to do gel but I wanted to try dip powder nails. He thought that because it has gel topcoat that I didn’t want it. I didn’t know that! He also knows he didn’t give me what I wanted because he made me pay before he was even done with my nails and I was so trusting and foolish to believe he was going to give me what I want. He had me pick a polish to put on top of the acrylic and told me to wait 5 minutes for it to dry. I waited 10 and as soon as I went to the car, the polish got messed up when I took my keys out of my pocket. I went back and a lady kindly tried to fix but I asked to take the polish off because the polish doesn’t dry. Never ever will go back. Definitely will tell people about this salon so that they don’t go. Never pay unless they do what you asked. I learned my lesson. I’m extremely upset!

First time visiting this salon.Clean , spacious with pleasant employees. The technician who did my fill & pedicure was Evelyn. She did a meticulous job and was very personable. Will be visiting again.

It's the best nail work I've had done in the Kissimmee area, Harry was my nail tech who took care of me. Very presentable facility. The only negative is that I went with my friend and the lady who was taking care of her kept moving around and it took her like 1.5 hours to do the same thing they did to me in 30 minutes. I do recommend the place though!
