Honey, the husband does the eye lashes and the wife does the eyebrows. They are killing every one out here. Lines are out the door on weekends, so definitely go during the week. Some of the men workers get attitudes when you tell them u don't like something. (Only problem I have)

BEWARE
This place is awful. I wish I would have heeded the warnings from previous reviews before I came. I went in just to get my nails soaked off, I was expecting a long wait as it was a friday, but what I was not expecting was the nail tech to lazily go under my acrylic with a razor and cut off a chunk of my actual nail. It is very sizable and uncomfortable and now I'm taking special care so that it does not get infected.
They did not say thank you for my patronage, apologize for injuring me, or give me a receipt. Honestly if they would have, I would have reported them because I do not think they need to be in business.
Idk why their reviews are so inflated on google Maps, but yelp has a more accurate score.

I had a horrible experience with Tom the nail technician. However, after talking with the owner, Vince he recitified the situation. Overall, this nail salon is great but unfortunately a couple of bad apples can prevent customers from returning.

I been going to Jennifer’s for years over 10 years. But for some reason they just feel they can be smart for no reason. I work to hard for my money to give it away for poor Customer service. Bauer just made them lose another customer. main reason why a lot of people in Nashville stop going.. I love u Kyle but I can’t with your worker!!! I will not tell nobody to go there I know where to send people to now!

Mixed reviews..1st time HE did a great job despite the girl that was making a scene about her nails..2nd time sucked i had 2 broke nails and could tell She russhed..very friendly but not passionate about her job
