The customer service here is great! They deserve praise for their skills, attention to detail and value. My nails always look fabulous and the length of the massage is top notch! Added value to their reasonable prices is the complimentary beverage.

I feel that my business was unwanted at this place of business. I walked in to get a pedicure and was told that the wait was one hour. I asked if I could soak my feet for one hour while I wait, the man said that I could not soak my feet for one hour because the machine would be running to long. Then the man told me that there are appointments coming in,so I asked if they took walk-ins and he stated, "yes, but we are short staff right now ". They then proceed to talk in their foriegn language. He mumbled under his breath for me to walk around and go do something until then. Maybe next time would be better.🙏

From out of town and it’s always so hard to find a place that does dipping powder. They only had a minimal selection of dipping powder colors, so I ended up doing a thin layer of acrylic with a gel color on top. Overall great service: I worked with Lynn and she was so accommodating.

I've tried several of the Nail salons in point Loma And I must say I enjoy Nails by Lesa the most!! Adorable, clean salon, And they do very good work especially paying attention to the little details!!! Staff is friendly and respectful. Prices are VERY good.
