A male worker there was EXTREMELY disrespectful. Had an attitude when both my sister and i requested to look at colors as we sat there waiting for our manicure and pedicure. We thought it’d help to past time if we picked our colors as we waiting but he responded in a disgusted manner. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. There’s enough nail spas out there, avoid this one.

While you may find a tech here that does a great job on your feet or hands, the customer service however is so poor that it takes away from the quality of the work. The Manager, the guy that sits upfront is despicable. No one with his nature should be in charge of anything dealing with the general public. He is Rude and the staff at times share that same trait in common with him. Overall, it's a very unpleasant experience.

They don’t know how to effectively communicate. They’re the closest salon to me but I’ve always have a bad feeling about them. Checking my temperature and telling me to put my mask on when I took it down for a second so they could understand what I was saying. Then telling me to wash my hands when I asked for a pedicure. As if my hands weren’t already clean. Goodbye!!

This was the WORST experience ever. I walked in being very nice to everyone and they simply ignored my presence. I was trying to have a conversation with the lady that was doing my nails and she was VERY RUDE. I simply asked her how long she has been working there and she rudely replied, with a very disrespectful tone, “15 years, i’m the owner!” Once she started doing my nails, I knew it was taking longer than expected and when I looked at them it looked like a 5 year old did it.... LADIES DO NOT COME HERE. WASTE OF TIME!!!!
