My fiance and I went there for a pedicure. We were sceptical because it had lower reviews than other locations around, but I am glad we went here. We chose the Volcano pedicure and it was amazing! I had gel toe polish and it looks great. The employees took their time with our feet and gave a great massage. We will be going back!

It was crowded, which i have NO ISSUE with that. It means they do good business, but i was told to sit at the massage chair, I sat for 40 minutes and they didnt even turn my water on. Meanwhile 3 customers came in after me and were sat in massage chairs, water turned on and employees went to work immediately. I let it go, but when a fourth person came in and they bypassed me to get the water ready before they even got in the chair, I quietly left. I was questioned on my way out, told him what happened and he politely said "no,they come before you"! I just looked at him and left. I came to them because my regular salon was now closed on Sundays. Previous reviews stated they were friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't experience any of that. Maybe, everyone was just tired and tapped out of courtesy because it was a busy Memorial weekend. Maybe because I was a new face, unaware I get pedis on a monthly basis during summer. Either way, I won't be back. Too many nail shops in Hinesville to put up with bad customer service.

They do good nails, but I'm not satisfied with my individual lashes done by Nancy. They are bulky, uneven and unnatural looking... never again.

I came in for sns powder on my natural nails and was seen immediately. The technician was nice and gave me what I asked for, she didn’t do a lot of filing on my natural nails and I liked that . My only concern is that I had to dip my finger in the same powder jar that, I’m assuming, all customers use. I’m not sure how sanitary that is and I wasn’t asked to wash my hands beforehand, I did spray them with sanitizer though. I’m guessing it’s not a big deal seeing as though all customers use the same bottle of nail polish too? All in all I am satisfied with the service I received and will be returning.
