Fav spot.. Tiffany is by far the best tech they have. However, its hard to get her on a walk in so call ahead!!! The owner Michelle is super cool as well. She does a awesome job on the eyebrows❤ THIS PLACE IS PEACEFUL AND SUPER CLEAN. I LOVE IT!!! I travel 40mins for service, its worth it!!!!

My daughter and I came in on a Monday at noon. The owner of the shop was the only person there. I wanted a pedicure. She tells me I have to wait an hour because the other staff were out getting their hair done. Very unprofessional. We stayed because i was given a gift card as a birthday present
I won't return. Very poor customer service.

They do good work but the customer service leaves much to be desired. At times I can't take the bad attitudes either.

They did what seemed nice nails. I got my refill done here and two days later my one nail popped off. The woman said it was because I needed a new set, which was not true because two weeks before I got a whole new set.
They do not have good hospitality.
When I went back to get my one nail fixed there was a very rude woman there, she asked me what did I need to get done, when I was waiting there almost 30 mins(was not busy at the time). I told her my nail needs to be fixed. She said in a very rude tone “no what color”. I told her “Red” again she replied in a rude tone, “which number was it”.
Since I didn’t know she didn’t want to do it, so she turned to another customer and helped them so then I was waiting for another 10 mins
Very rude! Never going back.
