***edit*** I've been coming here over 3 years and never had a problem until now . I made my appointment for my hair cut and found out that my stylist had left. I told them to book me with someone else but the same price range. They did. They called to reschedule the day before because of the snow storm. Went for my hair cut on the new date and time. Got my hair cut and was charged for a senior stylist. That's not what I booked. I questioned it and the women at the front desk was just like oh well sorry like she didn't even care. I can't justify spending so much extra when I just get the most basic hair cut, nothing fancy or complicated. If the women actually seemed to care I might not have been so pissed. Looks like I will be finding a new salon.
Added: The owner Carl read my review and was not happy. He personally called me himself to apologize and offered to rectify the situation. I appreciate that the owner cared so much. I will be willing to give them another try.

It was fantastic, Mrs. Sabo cuts hair great, she's so kind an color's hair also. She dose it all.
So call today and make an appointment with her , you'll be glad you did!!!

I highly recommend this place!!! Professional very experienced staff and friendly. I have finally found my home at this place! And Linzy is beyond fantastic in all ways!!! She totally NAILED IT with my color and cut!!!

True hair professionals! Love the atmosphere and my stylist, Lindsey. She nails what I want every time. A huge THANK YOU to all the stylists (Lindsey, Janet, Bryelle, Carl) who styled hair for my bride daughter and EIGHT bridesmaids along with make up for the wedding done by Bryelle. Everyone had their own hair style and were done to perfection. Thank you Anselaines for making this day PERFECT!
