I dont know if the Oriental lady is the owner..but she is very pushy, nasty and rude...I was having a pedicure done today and she wanted a lady to speed up in putting something on her toes for what she asked the lady to get up and pulled the chair without notifying her..so when the client was going to sit..she almost fall...I asked her to take it slower and she got upset...and she got nasty..also the technician who was doing my pedicure and I were speaking Spanish and she got upset too and was forcing her to finish faster...
When I was going to pay...the tech said 17.00 and the lady yelled from the back 20.00...
When I finally paid...I went and told her I wasnt coming back..that she was rude without customer service skills...and that when they speak their language customers have to deal with it...and that if we didnt go there and pay for services she wouuldnt be in business!
I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PUSHY CRANKY LADY!

If it wasn't for Jenny I wouldn't go. Four years ago the female owner botched my eyebrow for life. Now today, they had their phone off the hook for two hours so I went the female owner said no I called number put it on speaker phone, it was still busy, handed her husbands phone who is the one who takes calls an it was left on- then I rang the number and it rang. They don't always have enough workers to accommodate. A lady said I suppose they are busy I had an appointment as I sit waiting. So.....this is how they work it. Walk ins rank. So I had pedicure an manicure elsewhere. They may have lost me as a valued customer after the rudeness with the phone since it brought back the eyebrow issue. They aren't the only game in town there's one on every other block! Thanks for your courtesy after five years💔

Discrimination is all I can say. My 93 year old mother gets her nails done once a month. We thought we'd try Effer's. I went in to ask if they had time. The lady said yes. I brought my mother in (showered that morning, hair just done and dressed nice, she does use a cane). We picked out a color and sat down and the same lady said no, she wouldn't do her nails and wouldn't give a reason. I was shocked as were the few customers in the salon. We went to Holiday Nails and they did a great job.

I came here last month for a fill had to ask several time to fix the lifting stops on my nails didnt like the fact that they are very unsanitary she kept trying to talk me into gel that I didn't want and i had to file my own nails at the end because they were so uneven here's the worst part went to get a fill today from spring nails witch they are amazing she had to take all my nails off and treat my nails because I now have a fungus on my nails i am so mad in all the years I've got my nails done this has never happened
