Went with my daughter and friend and had a great experience, went back for my older daughters appointment, over an hour later and still no pedicure! Disappointed teenager and a mom who just wasted an hour...NOT HAPPY! Why make appointments if your not going to keep them. Guess we need to find a place that values the costumers time.

Drove here twice in one day only to be leaving again without getting my pedicure..... Arrive in the morning after calling first and being told come now ... Got there and there was a mix up because the guy I wanted wasn’t there and wouldn’t be till 4 .. mind you he told me come now but told me he was busy when I had sat down . So anyway they advised me to come back at 4 and said that “Eric” would be there at that time so David took my name and number and I went on my way .. 4pm came around and I had driven all the way back to the colchester location (30 mins) from where I was only to walk in and have Vincent (owner) shake his head telling me Eric wasn’t in and wasn’t going to be in uugh !! I asked him why didn’t he call me ?! He said he didn’t have my number .. I said David had my number in the appointment book.. David who was sitting next to Vincent both giving pedis said something in their native language and Vincent then replied to me with an “oh sorry” i said okay and proceeded to leave .. you would think one of the two would offer me service .. nope ... tell me when I may be able to make another appointment with Eric .. nope ! I got in my car and as I sat there preparing to leave guess who pulls up and walks into the shop...?? ERIC !! So I waited for about five minutes just to see if maybe they’d call me saying COME BACK COME BACK he’s here ... NOPE ! This is a shop a good friend bought me to and since that time I’ve come back several times for pedis I’ve also referred many many people to Vincent’s shop for pedis as well and this is how I am treated . Highly disappointed and I will NOT return ever again . I never get my nails done here because it’s over priced and they don’t do them well but for pedicures I was welling to pay extra ..!!! They definitely left a bad taste in my mouth !! The name profiler definitely fits the bill for this three guys ! They act super nice but it’s all about money for them they charge for every little thing !! OVER PRICED BAD SERVICE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE FOLKS !! WHAT A WASTE OF A DAY AND A SITTER !!!!! Shame on you Vincent your boyfriend David is horrible with customer service and you allow it which makes YOUR business look BAD !!

These guys are amazing!!! The price is a little expensive but what they can do makes it totally worth it!!!

very affordable nail salon with great service. Vincent and his nail technicians are very friendly, talented and they always want to make sure you are happy. I am happy every time I get my nails done by these folks and cant wait to come back soon.
