I had requested a gentleman that was known for his great coloring technique. Somehow in the mix of things with the receptionist's I didn't get that person in the end. And when I called back to state that I would like a refund they said that would be out of the question. So they basically walked away with $100 and I had to pay someone else to do the job that they didn't. It is the equivalent of going to a restaurant asking for a particular item them delivering me a different item expecting me to eat it and pay for it and somehow be happy. So be very thorough and making appointments with these people or do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere

I love Rituals! I have been going for years to my same gal who works wonders on me!!!! I love Sandy and she knows what I want! I go every month to her!!! I love them their and they all know me!!

I’ve had two chakra massages with Kayla and she is the most caring and careful massage therapist I have ever had. She carefully listened to my preferences and needs and I left both massages feeling absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Kayla.

I probably should have reviewed my experiences with Leelynn who has cut and styled my hair over the past half year 3 times. She did an outstanding job listening to my desire for cut and style. And the results have always been lovely. Thanks!
