I went in the middle of a weekday and was able to served immediately. The woman who did my gel manicure did a bad job filing and shaping my nails. After she filed and manicured them, I had to ask her to re-do it. I had skin hanging on several fingers and my nails were all different shapes. After the second time, I just asked for a nail file and did it myself. This was all while I was in the spa chair getting my toes done. Maybe it would have been better if she waited until we got to her station. She also filed my nails AGAIN at the end of my gel manicure (for some reason). It was really annoying.
The women doing my toes was nice. She tried to keep conversation going and made sure she fixed her mistakes as she went. I got home and realized that my big toe nail was cut crooked, so I’ll have to stare at that until it grows out.
They both did a good job polishing from what I can tell.

I’m new to the Macon area and I’ve had trouble finding a good nail place. I’ve gone here a few times now and I’ve had a pretty good experience each time! I’ve gotten gel nails and a regular pedicure. I just got SNS for the first time today and I love it. I definitely recommend this place!

I Googled nail shops in the area I was in while waiting for my car to be serviced and I could Princess Nails. When we arrived , they said it’s would be about 15-20 minutes for a pedicure , that actually turned into about an hour before we were actually seen/serviced. I was patient because one of the workers was very apologetic and said they were swamped because it was spring break. Because of that, I made an appointment to come back the next day for a gel manicure. I actually arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I used that time trying to find the right color to match the pedicure I had just gotten the day before . When the lady came back with the color I picked , it wasn’t right so I went back to her front to get the sample. Well when I looked back , she started servicing another customer and I was told I had to wait until one of the other ladies was available. That’s unacceptable! I had an appointment and was actually early and even at the table to get serviced so why would I wait for her to serve someone who came after me ?? I won’t be coming here again . Two bad experiences is enough, I don’t need a third !

Great gel manicure, the regular pedicure is just that, regular, I think they don't over exert on it because they want you to pay for the "spa" pedi but I'm ok, my feet stay in pretty good shape. Don't usually have a wait they sit you right away and maybe a 5 min wait at most. Clean and nice atmosphere.

I will never return to this place. I didn't want to go far from home, so I decided to visit this place dispite the reviews. The prices are ridiculous. Not only that the services were not good at all and the polish selection is minimal. Now I know why they don't have a price list! You have been warned please spend your money somewhere else.
