There may be a few problems here. The inside of the building is absolutely beautiful. But Jenny was lacking of workers. She has very few workers working for her. If she had more, then everything would be going smoothly and there wont be as much problems. Jenny tries her best and i respect that. She needs more workers though. She has to keep sending her customers home because she is way too busy. I wish her the best. As her daughter, She tries her best to support us. She does anything to make us happy. I wish she could come home early to spend quality time with us. We do spend time together, but rarely. I now come to her shop to help her work. I recommend this place. Really. I may be her daughter but almost everytime i came, her customers were sastified.

Overall, atmosphere was nice. Dip nail work is good, pedicure OK but the new set lash extenstion& refills are relatively different from what I am used of. First of all, it takes way longer than usual (between 2-4 hours) depending on who keeps interrupting Jenny and stopping by to visit her while she is with a customer. Second, the refills were consistent but the last few times was a different style lash (not as full), & I don’t like and have never experience someone pulling above or below my eyelids (eyes) while applying lashes. I think I have been patient with the in/out of friends/family chatting w/Jenny half the time she is refilling my lashes but this time my patience got short, just had enough of unprofessionalism and I was not satisfied with my few lashes Jenny had applied that took her over an hour and a half. So, I left and refuse to return.

Was very underwhelmed with this place. They seemed offended that I didn't want artificial nails. I simply wanted a good manicure and pedicure. They started a bunch of people and moved on. Like a switch-a-roo. It creates a back up of people. It would flow smoother if they completed and pushed out. Was offered something to drink. It took almost 3 hours to do a simple manicure and pedicure. I left while still wet.

Jenny did amazing work on my brows. I get so many compliments on the shape, color, and fading. Her work is so detailed and she takes her time with her clients.
