Am on my second pair of hearing aids provided by The Hearing Group of New Mexico. The front desk staff is just the best, welcoming and helpful. Jose C. is a thorough diagnostician and makes thoughtful recommendations. I always leave there feeling relieved I am in their care. Don't ever want to have to go anywhere else.

I am in the process of getting my third set of hearing aids from the Hearing Group. I have recommended them to many friends. I have a type of hearing loss that is very difficult to adjust the equipment for. After really bad experiences elsewhere, this staff has been great. Always available to tweak the fitting or answer any questions.

If you are looking for a warm and comfortable atmosphere,excellent folk who are well versed and extremely competent ,
who make you feel welcome while providing excellent service and clear concise info on your problem and the solution ;this is the place to go.
My personal Doc was Diana Vigil and the entire experience almost compensated for the old age hearing loss from which I suffer.
I give them 5 stars and two thumbs up.

This place has great service. They have friendly staff. I recommend coming here for your hearing.
