Nail Pro is definitely hit or miss. I've had some pretty good experiences and some not so great onrs. My latest trip wasn't the greatest. The nail tech was a little rough with my cuticles, did a poor job with my dip, and overall poor service.
Just last Tuesday, I was in for just dip. While I was instantly seated, the nail tech rushed my color choice so she could begin taking off my old gel polish. She didn't let the acetone process and ended up just grinding the majority of my old polish off.
With the dip, she didn't take it all the way to the nail bed or edges, so after just 6 days, I have a lot of growth showing. Additionally, many of the nails have cracked polish now on them, though the nail is still completely intact.
Finally, I asked for a matte finish and was prompted it would be an additional $5. I agreed and was quickly disappointed. I left with a polish that was dull and lackluster, but definitely not matte.
I have zero intent on returning.

Got to the place 30 minutes before it closed. Just wanted to get my nails done with the gel polish but as soon I stepped in a man sitting at the corner just keep repeating that we’re close. I understand they had 30 minutes before they close but still be a courteous and polite.

spent $50 on a pedicure for my feet to look like this at the end. never going back

Went to the salon at 6:35 on a Wednesday night just for an eyebrow wax and the guy told me to sit and wait until someone was available. I waited for 15 minutes, looking around, there were 5 technicians sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phones. Finally one woman came up and said she is going home and she can not wax me. I said oh okay is there someone else? (Knowing the lady who has done my eyebrows before was sitting there in another pedicure chair on her phone) she said no they all went home and it’s too late anyway because they close at 7. She told me to come back tomorrow and she would give me a deal, $10. There sign in the front of the store says $7 for eyebrow waxing.
Not going again. What a shame too because they actually did decent work the last time I was there.
