EDIT: I paid $85 and left $20 tip for gel manicure and gel pedicure. I asked for a refund and they refused and said they can fix them. How could they fix them if they messed them up?
Really hit or miss. My usual nail place was closed today and decided to come by. I’ve come before and have gotten good and bad manicures. But it happened again. Disregard my cuticles they’re always dry. I got a simple black gel manicure and just expected better shaping and smoother polish finish. There are bubbles on almost every nail.
On my toes I got black French and it was a little wonky looking too. I told her to make my 2nd toes even by shaving them down a little. They grow crooked and she filed the left one way too short.
I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not a regular because it seems the regulars get perfect manicures…

Vivi is the BEST nail artist I’ve had since I came to GA!! Her attention to detail is IMPECCABLE, her patience and her whole job is just remarkable. This nail salon will be my go-to now and I hope Vivi will always work here cause it’s so close to me!😩🥹
I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails. But she DID NOT disappoint, she filed them and cut my cuticle so nice and gentle!
I just asked for this simple Gel Manicure in color red wine and coffin shaped, for a graduation I’m attending and I am soooo in love with it.
Payed $35 for the nails which I think it is a really good prize, this way I was able to tip Vivi way more🤩.

Nikki and her team are the best! They’re super friendly and attentive to all of your needs… The one thing that stands out is the WORK…the service provided is top notch. They take their time and ensure everything is perfect before you walk out. Nikki exceeded my expectations with my nail design!!!

I discovered this treasure shop by chance. The environment is warm and the service is attentive. The owner Nikki gave me a great manicure. The color and details of the manicure are very good, which makes people feel refreshed. I will continue to patronize it. I will also introduce my friends here.

First time here, i live in the area and i have been looking for a nail salon that i will enjoy going to and a nail tech who is willing to try new things or implement creative designs . Ive gone to most of the fancy nail salons in the area and while a glass of wine while i get a mani pedi is nice, most of them are not actually really good at nails or act like you’re wasting their time when you’re trying to explain exactly what you want if its not a basic set even though you’re paying for the designs. And also generally professionalism and patience.
I’ve only gone to Genre once, and they far exceeded my expectations, we negotiated the designs throughout the process, the guy who did my nails (the owner I believe) was patient which also made me be more open to respect his expertise and his input. After everything I was happy with my nails, it wasn’t cheap but i was happy to pay the up charge for the designs because i felt heard throughout. Really love my nails and i will definitely be back!
