I go to this place every other week for the past 3 years and I'm never disappointed. I call ahead to get my favorite tech. But even if he isn't there I know I will be taken care of. They even take time to reneger who I am when I come in. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. I LOVE POLISHED!!

So disappointed and will not be coming back here. I went in for a pedicure and a fill in. I was told to pick my color and sit down at one of the pedicure stations. Someone didn’t even come over to fill up the water until I had been sitting there for 10 minutes.... I waited another 15 and still no one had even come over to start doing my toes. I wasn’t even warned there would be a wait. Totally unprofessional place & clearly understaffed. I finally got up and left and it didn’t seem to matter.

Waiting for 30 mins and never got a pedicure. I did enjoy a free Diet Coke and chair massage but I think the woman at the front desk forgot about me and put others ahead of me. I prefer smaller places where I'm not forgotten.

Got a pedicure there today. We go all the time to other places that are great. First off the chairs were nasty with hair and goo all over it and the sink. Behind the chairs looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Second my pedicure and hers we got nail trim, skin shaved off our feet and lotion rubbed on. All done. No time at all was spent on digging into the toes getting it clean. No time was spent on the multiple steps and hot towel i get at other places.
Don't be fooled from the flashy seats. This establishment is just straight up disappointing.

I visited the location for the first time on yesterday. The service was superb, if you were a regular customer. Upon arrival as I walked in I was asked what services I wanted and then directed to pick out my colors. Afterwards I was told what seat to go to. My technician came over asked if I want anything to drink after receiving my glass of wine it was no conservation after that. I requested a mani/pedi combo and my nails look great. As for my feet it looks like I had this polish on for weeks, it is still skin on my nail bed and the polish has separated and bubbled. After reading the reviews and hearing stories from my friends, I should have went to another location. I believe in giving businesses a chance but the lack of customer service for non-regulars and the way my pedicure looks I will not be returning to this location.
