Good prices, always busy but they still accept walk-ins with a short wait time, if any at all. Angie did my nails last time and now she is my favorite one there for acrylics and gels. She does amazing nail designs and is willing to try any design you show her. I requested a really complicated design with multiple colors, showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she made a few suggestions that she thought would look better and my nails came out great. She made sure I was happy and comfortable every step of the way and had no problem making any changes I requested. I plan on going back to her every time in the future. I also took my grandma and aunt in at the same time for acrylic gels and we were all worked on right away and at the same time even though they were busy and we were walk-ins. And their nails came out great as well, so everyone there is highly qualified and does really good work. This place is by far my favorite nail salon in Simi, and is the only place I will go to get them done. I've had pedicures there in the past too and have always been happy with the quality of work done.

Awful, Awful, Awful!!!! I tried this place several times for an acrylic set/fill (as the shop was always busy). Each time (3x) my experience was horrific. No matter the person I tried the experience was the same. Poor workmanship, injuries (YES injuries!!! They would nick or grind my cuticles until they were raw or drew blood.) Leave residual nail polish from existing polish on my skin, paint over existing polish even if there were mistakes trying to smooth it over with there fingers or spit or worse charge for a nail that broke less than 12 hrs new!
I made comments about the issues but each time was assured the issue would be rectified. Well they weren't. My last appointment was the final appointment. I actually had the manager do my nails and to my surprise the standard was the same. Poor workmanship. Again residual polish left on my fingers from my previous color. Nails that didn't even look like nails (thick, flat and believe it or not put on in a WRONG direction.) She left grooves in the acrylic from the drummel drill and proceed to tell me it would not be seen once the polish was put on. After 3 coats (2 of color and 1 clear) you could still see the grooves. I made the comment and she said she could fix it with another coat of color. I said no as the paint was so thick it didn't dry properly. I left no tip and preceded to go home and fix the mess she had made. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

I've only gone here once but I had a GREAT experience, even though I forgot to make an appointment they took me right away. My nails ended up exactly how I wanted them after having bad experiences getting acrylics at other salons in Simi Valley. Lien did my nails wonderfully and I will definitely be coming to her regularly.
