I personally really enjoyed this nail salon! I’ve been trying to find a nail salon in west seattle and this is the one for me! The employees are so sweet and kind and my nail tech Hana really took her time with my nails and did an AMAZING job! Highly recommend this place!!

Super clean, friendly staff, great location. Called to see if they had an appointment same day and got me in, in 10 minutes!

The girl was literally asleep when I got there. I had to wake her up. She told me I had shellac nails when I knew it was dip. She has to FaceTime someone to ask. I wanted a fill & told me no. Until she asked whoever she was FaceTime with. Shaped my nail square before even asking if that’s what I wanted. The fill was off and an older woman took over & fixed it. I was there twice as long as it should have taken.

Nice people, below average pedicure. Regular pedicure was a total of 30 minutes. I’m used to pedicures costing as much (30-40$) and taking an hour. Made an appointment for two but they didn’t have enough people working so they did us one after the other in the course of one hour.
They scrub your calves and paint your nails but no real massage. No foot cheese grater. My heels weren’t totally baby smooth after like they usually are at other places I’ve gone. Very loud old massage chairs I felt bad turning it on. No relaxing music in the room to set the mood. I wouldn’t return for a pedi and already have a great manicurist in Ballard.
I’m always looking for a great pedicure, and I’ll keep looking on my west side island.

Book my appointment at their website- got there 10 mins early for my shellac manicure and ask them if I can change my set as mani-pedi and for mani just add tips on it but the communication is off they don’t understand what I want so I decided to go back to my original appointment which is shellac and just do French tip but instead they argue In front of me so the young girl do my set she’s good I asked her if the tenured one is mad at me and she doesn’t know either- I know there’s a language barrier but I just want to get a french tip. Around 12nn there’s a tenured who finished the job she’s good tho but unfortunately the damaged has done the nails is not even, the shape that I want is not achieved- since we did a different one instead of paying $35 plus $5 for the tips they add more into it so the total goes up to $58- I gave them $10 tip since I don’t feel the vibe already however they could do more about it but I guess customer service isn’t their value..
