Completely inconsiderate of your time. I made an appointment for 4:30. I waited at the nail station for 40 minutes while I saw them start two women who arrived after me for 5:00 appointments. I left when I realized I’d be waiting at least another 15-20 minutes for an available nail tech. With COVID-19, minimizing wait times should be even more of a priority for safety. Not to mention, it was incredibly hot (I believe they were using the front door instead of air conditioning).

Doesn't matter if you make an appointment you will wait and wait and wait to get service. I ended up leaving and never getting my pedicure. I understand it's very busy since reopening but what's the point of making an appointment.
