Hands down best nail salon!!
I have been coming here for over a year after having an insident at the nails salon on Washington st! I must say i have never been disappointed! Both Diane and her husband have always taking the time to ask me what i want and they always deliver since day one. Their products are of such high quality that my nails will last me weeks!! No chipping, no breaking nothing at all. They have such a huge variety of color options and always bring new products for their customers. The customer service was great. Very nice couple.. and they don’t just want your money!! I came in last week to take off my nails and do an overlay because my natural nail were long enough. and D told me come back next week because u just got this nail on last week and if i take them off it will hurt you and you can even bleed!!!! Any other nail salon would of just taken them off that day just to make a few extra bucks!!! The processes here are very reasonable giving the fact that they use high end products i still find it very affordable!!! And they always let you know in advance how much you will pay. I recommend this place 100%!!!

I've been coming here for 19 years and it's my favorite salon I've tried other places but always end up back at Diane's and she gives the best pedicure

This place was recommended by a friend and after doing such a good job the first time, I decided to come back again. BIG MISTAKE.
Diane is such a sweet.. nice woman but her husband will be the reason why I will NEVER GO BACK! I needed a gel refill & the husband rushed through everything! He didnt even lotion my hands! No cuticle oil either. I have gel polish all over my cuticles. Her husband didnt even shape my nails to look the same like he was supposed to. Almost every SINGLE nail is uneven & some have that big bulge bubble ugly look to it that don't make my nails look natural like they did when Diane did them. & when I said something about the quality and the way my nails were being painted to the husband ... he yelled at his wife in the language they speak and got up from his station in THE MIDDLE OF PAINTING MY NAILS and walked off mad!! I couldn't believe it! I am paying customer and that was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that my pedicure was sloppy too! I just needed a color change BUT I had to have my toes repainted at least FOUR TIMES because the girl kept using her FINGERNAIL to clean up the extra polish around my toes she kept getting on my skin!! It hurt so bad & When she did this she messed up the polish that wasn't even finished drying. Then when I went to station to dry, The husband continuously kept moving the fans closer to my feet causing air bubbles!!!
Now what really did it for me was the fact they had thee audacity to charge me $50 for a gel refill & a color change on my toes... when just 2 weeks ago I got the same gel refill and a pedicure for only $60. If you look at their cheaply made price list you can CLEARLY see there are TWO SEPARATE PRICES for a color change. One is TOES the other for NAILS, (I guess depending on the length) but they decided to charge me $12 instead of $10 for my feet. Also, How do you charge someone one price for gel refill one week and then a different price another week? I didn't understand that.
I could see if the quality of their work and customer service matched the price, but it definitely was not worth $50. Wouldn't have a problem paying top dollar if they actually did a good job!

Diana is very good at her job and very funny. The man is good but he is a man an ruff but hes good.my only pet peave is they never lotion my hands when done. Besides that I love it.
