I placed an order online to be sent to the store. 2 pair of the same shoe, different colors. I get to the store after notification of the arrival only to find out that only one pair made it into the order. Eventually the cashier offers to refund, then reorder the shoe to be sent to my home. They arrived today, ...but it's the color that I already had. Now I have to trail back up to the store a second time to deal with the same order. This is about a 30 minute drive and quite inconvenient the for such a simple order.
Prior to this, about a month ago I ordered other various items online and was charged twice. It has been since rectified, but something is seriously flawed with their online ordering system. Between these problems and not having things online in stock, this has been quite the headache.

JCPenney is a good place. Staffing was it changes depending upon the season. But they provide. Their appliances aren't as expensive as you would think. Plus they work with you on the pricing. Portrait studio has always been great with what they have to offer as well as keeping an appointment times. Side note if you want to get pictures taken best to do it a few weeks ahead of time instead of waiting until the last minute because they can get kind of busy. Parking and free which is always great in this city. They have a wide selection of items that includes kitchenware bedding everything you would expect. Hopefully this location stays for a long time.

I really like JC Penney, especially their vision center. The prices are great, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the doctors are great! In the regular part of the store has great sales!

I've been going to JC Penney since before I was born. The customer service is great and so are the prices. But JC Penny has really gone down hill. The wait is longer than appropriate for pickups and returns. I'm having issues atm with delivery both to the store and to my home. Besides that, I always have an enjoyable shopping experience at this location.

Not a good visit sales associates were not helpful. I was disappointed because I like going to jc Penney. They have great deals and it helps when you are on a budget. I will not let them tarnish why I like jc Penney but it will limit my visits to the store.
