I usually go to a different salon but due to not being able to get in with my regular nail tech before I had to be somewhere I decided to try this salon. The guy at the front that greeted me and soaked my nails off was very nice and gentle. However, once the nail tech came to do my nails she was very rough removing the gel polish and filing down my nails.There weren’t many people in this salon on an early sunday afternoon so I am not sure why she was rushing through the service. She was very nice ( one of the older ladies) but my nails ended up looking horribly sloppy and I probably won’t ever come back, if I do I would try someone else.

Just left spent three hours and $70 for a fill pedicure and eyebrows. Had to have someone else finish my pedicure to get my ingrown toenails out. My nails look so awful I'm going to another salon to have them taken off. They are under new management it was the new manager who did my nails I told her several times they weren't even and I wasn't happy nothing changed. The only thing that came out good was my eyebrows. Really three hours and my nails look that bad. She made me take my old nails off and put a new set. OK I get that no big deal, but how do you mess up a fresh new set and have them all uneven and you're the boss??? Complete waste of my time and money! So sad Anne is gone. Guess I have to find a new spot because I will never waste money in that place again!

My experience was very horrible. The lady that did my acrylic nails did such a disappointing job. She left lots of dead skin on my fingers my i was very dissatisfied with my nails I will don’t return to this place again.

Will not be going back. Customer service has always been bad they barely speak. And now that Andy and Ann is gone it's terrible. A lot of new ppl that don't know what they're doing. Missy is not friendly at all. And my nails look terrible Will NEVER return
