My nail tech did a wonderful job. she was very particular about shaping my nails which I loved 😍 she fixed another salons mistake with no issues! loved it ... the ride from east Rochester was so worth it . Thanks. see you all soon!!.

I work in the mall and I needed to get my nails done asap! I'm to far from my regular nail salon so I decided to try Jade Nails. I had a little bit of a wait but it was fine because I was tired from work and wanted to rest a minute. A gentleman in the first chair near the pedicure chairs did my nails. I gave him the picture of what I wanted and it came out great. Here comes the problem. I got gel nail polish which is not supposed to chip or fade for at least 3 weeks. It chipped after a week and my pinky nail broke as well. My previous polish from my nail salon was breast cancer pink and it lasted the whole month of October with no problems. I will never go back here again. The lesson here is never abandon your nail tech for a quick fix.

First time getting my nails done at this salon, the male nail tech did an excellent job, he paid attention to every little detail. I walked out of the salon with a smile on my face. I will most definitely be returning. Keep up the good work.

Jade Nails is where I go to unwind!, I get in when I need (even last minute!) I’ve been coming here for years! Typically the people who complain are not regulars and while yes everyone’s experience matters it is usually petty stuff which I’ve witness for myself, people come in and assume that all salons charge the same, no. Ask the price prior to your service. If you don’t, then the problem is yours and not the salons. I hate when nail techs ask me for extras. If I want them I was ask. They don’t sell you product, so if you didn’t get asked about if you wanted a nail design it wasn’t them being rude, it’s them letting you make your own decision. And as far as the post below me. I was actually in the salon when it happened but she failed to mention just how many times the own apologized to her. And she wasn’t yelling. So many people lack knowledge of culture. When I speak, I speak loud and fast so it may sound like I’m yelling but I’m actually not. When posting a review be completely honest. Don’t write the narrative to suit your need. In all my years coming here I’ve never once left i satisfied because If there was ever an issue, it was fixed before I left.
