My girlfriend went to get a haircut here. The stylist was given multiple pictures for reference. The outcome was nowhere near the pictures and ended up making her very upset to the point of tears. Hair was cut short, where most stylist cut longer just in case. Not to mention this is the first time that she's ever got her hair cut this short so that's usually a flag for a be careful and just go easy at first and we'll see how it looks. Not to mention that this looks like a guy's haircut. Her and I have never been to the salon before and I'm sure they do quality work for others but this time it wasn't. Long story short this was just bad work.

Linda shampoo and cut my hair horribly!!! I have never seen anyone cut layers like she did She just started picking up my hair and cutting them says what u think !she gave me a mirror to look at my very wet hair and did if u wanna blow dry it u can come over to this side and do so !! I was so livid! I kept my calm and just left My hair is chopped all up I will have to get it fixed! Very poor service. !

I am kind of weary going to new places to get my haircut for the first time but Erica changed that for me, she was very personable and had a wonderful personality, she cut my hair exactly to my liking. Hands down one of the best stylists I've come across and I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know, thank you so much for the great experience Erica.

The staff is so welcoming.. Erica was my stylist, and I think that she is the best hair dresser I've ever had, I like a razor cut and she was very good at it. She is genuinely a nice person and is so good at what she does. I am very particular about my hair and she did the best job I've ever seen! Thank you Erica for a wonderful job and a great experience!!
