I have been coming to J & T since they had their old location { 2002 }. Today I called at 11am to make an appointment to come in & get a Spa Pedicure. The woman on the phone asked if I could come in at 3:45, I told her that would be fine. I walked in & both girls were giving pedicures, I stood by the door for 5 minutes & they didn't look up, finally Thuy told me I needed to wait a few more minutes before they could take me. Then accepted two walk-ins. Normally waiting isn't an issue for me, if I was a walk-in. I feel like since they have moved locations the quality and service has demised greatly!! I'm waited until 4:30pm before I decided to say, " to hell with it all" & walked out. I will not be returning. Time to find a new nail salon!

Great nail salon for good quality work on the cheaper end. This is my go to place for a quick manicure and pedicure. I've always been satisfied with their work and have continued to go back for years. I have not had any issues like the previous reviewer. These girls have always been kind to all their clients when I've been there and they use gloves when doing other peoples nails- making sure to change gloves when they go to the next person. It's not the ritz of nail places, but it's still a good find.
