I have personally only been there once, my coworkers have gone many times and they have done a great jobs keeping our equipment running. When I went there they were friendly and helpful. I don't know as much about the maintenance part of my job yet but the salesperson was patient with me and had some helpful suggestions. They also let me know what parts they had in stock and what they would have to order. Good people to work with.
