First time I've been there I really how the customer service was I was running late and they took me even though they were getting ready to close very great customer service I will be back there I think this is the new place for me thank you very much for your great customer service

Nice job and done speedy. I tried the powder acrylic which is super durable. Somehow it started coming up at the cuticle, but I dropped in and they quickly repaired.

I’m new to the area so I was looking for a good place to get my nails done. When I walked into this place it was empty. The owner asked if I had an appointment but I told him I did not. He said okay I have two appointments coming in at 2PM. It was maybe around 1PM when I got there. They asked if they could do both my mani and pedi at the same time. I honestly didn’t think much of it but did find it odd as this is never how I have had my nails before and there was no one there so I felt rushed. The lady who did my nails was very rough with my nails and it felt like she didn’t want do to them. Since I was getting both services, it was hard to keep track of both. But when I noticed that the lady doing my mani started to paint my nails without cleaning my cuticles or washing my hands, I knew something was wrong. I have NEVER gone to a nail salon where they didn’t wash your hands or at least have you wash your hands or cleaning cuticles before you start painting the nails. I told them this is not how your supposed to do things and you need to wash and clean cuticles before you start to paint the nails. The lady said no, we do that after we paint them which makes absolutely no sense to me as this is how you get air bubbles and dirt under the nail polish. While I’m telling the lady this, the staff along with the owner were speaking to each other in their language which I felt was incredibly rude especially because I knew they were talking about me based off their facial expressions. I was very uncomfortable and did not want them to do anything else at this point. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable and preferred to go elsewhere. I told the owner I’d pay for them cleaning my nails. The owner charged me $25 for basically nothing and argued with me that I chose to not let them finish my pedi knowing that I felt uncomfortable and unhappy with the service. This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Please DO NOT go to this place. Horrible service. I ended up going to Nail Works in North Bergen and they did an amazing job!

The owner was awesome and patient took care of my pedicure/feet after working long hours 10 to 16hrs standing helped to cure aches and scares. I would highly recommend.
Only issue was cost and smoothness of the polish was bumpy. I will give a 2nd attempt to see if that can be corrected if so I'll be a regular:)
