I love Amy and all the staff at the shop. They are so helpful and friendly. Always offering great advice on colors and styles. The shop is always cleans and everyone is so professional. I love the fact that you can make appointments and they actually honor the time. It is always a fun and relaxing time there. Thier prices are fair and the service is always good.

Clean, professional and friendly. Amy and her staff know how to treat their clients. Whether you are brand new or a regular they treat their customers with respect and love. I love getting my nails done there and am now a faithful regular. My daughter and I both love the service we receive.

I have been coming to Springfield Nails for years which was recommended by a friend! I have recommended this salon to many friends and colleagues. Everyone always raves about how friendly the staff are to all customers- every time the quality of service is excellent! Their work is impeccable and can not be matched anywhere else! I highly recommend this salon to anyone- after your first visit you will be hooked forever!!

Been coming for years!!!!!!!! LOVE VIVIAN, but came today fresh from work after a 12 hour night shift. 2nd customer in the shop. OWNER AMY EXTREMELY RUDE! Poor customer service. Asked for a different color, before my nails were actually painted and received rude response because the shop was getting busy. Although the color seemed different on the sample nail. Then trying to charge me for not performing the service more than the service actually cost. Horrible customer service, always been but thought Vivian enough to keep coming. Not at all! Save yourself the headache.

Have been coming to Amy for nails and eyebrows for the longest time now! She’s amazing and does such a nice job on my nails! There is never a time I leave not satisfied! Strongly suggest this nail salon!!
