I feel that it is generous of me to leave a star. My sister and I have been going to Relax Express for years and this experience was bad enough for us to never go back. 15 minutes in a group of guys walked in and were taking so loud. Another girl not with us had to ask to have them tell the boys to be quiet. My massage was not the best by any means, but as soon as our therapists heard the guys ask for a more expensive service they started to rush ours. We didn't even get the full hour and my sister's therapist asked if she was pregnant, she isn't, thanks for making her feel like crap. Then a couple came in with a baby adding to the noise. They should have managed the noise better. Today is the anniversary of when our dad died and we just wanted to relax a little, I left more stressed out than before I got there.
