Highly upset with the service I received this evening. I did a pedi and a gel manicure, came out to $58. My side nails are showing on predominantly all of my nails and I did not even receive a foot massage or hand massage. She put lotion on and took it off with the hot towel immediately.
There was no one else in the place, so it’s not like they were rushing for that.
Never going back.

I had a very unfavorable experience at this salon. I went in for a mani-pedi on a Saturday afternoon (which was not terribly busy). "Kim" worked with me. This woman had no customer service orientation whatsoever. She never cracked a smile, looked me in the eye or acknowledged what I asked her to do. I have in-grown toe nails which I told her to cut - she did not. She did a cursory pedicure. There was no massage for either feet or hands. I paid $37.00 for a $20.00 experience. I will not be going back.
