The most discriminating, unprofessional and disrespectful place I have ever been to. The first time I went, I took my own supplies for sanitary reasons and the ratchet non English speaking tech tried to steal them and had the audacity to argue with me saying that they weren't mine. I remained calm despite feeling disrespected. Once she realized I was not going give her a tip, she charged me extra for the service. I returned hoping to get another tech and I approached one and was told I was next, however, after she finished with the other customer and after I waited for 45 minutes she ignored me and proceeded to inquire about shoes someone was selling. She then decided to sit down with her back to me as if I was not there waiting, so rather than become irate, I walked out very up set because my time had been waisted. The owner watches the unprofessional behavior and does nothing. I filed a complaint with the bbb and will continue to do so until they learn to respect people, oh and the technician's name is Ingrid
