Went to get my lashes done here and paid $100 plus tip. The lashes started falling out the same day! Asked if I could come back to get them fixed and I was told yes, she said she would text me a time I could come for the next day. Well never got a text back so I text her and asked if I could come the next day? Her response was she has errands in Austin so she couldn’t. Well, I would not recommend this place to anyone! I have had lashes done before and this by far is the worst. Never again!

The reason I give 5 stars is because the lashes done here are 5-star worthy. Mai is the lady that does lash extensions here. I always walk out with STUNNING lashes that blow me away. Mai is the nicest person alive and will always make you feel welcome, even when the ladies up front don't. I moved 2 hours away, but I gladly make the drive to Mai for her AMAZING lashes. She cares about what she is doing, so I have never had any problems with my lashes. She uses the best of the best to make you look your best!

ALL THE COLORS? Plush place without the plush prices.They have every service you could want at amazing prices. Plenty of refreshment options as well. I chatted with a regular and she told me how much she loves this place. I enjoyed my pedi and will definitely be back!

Van has been doing my pedicure and manicure for at least 6 months. I am so please with her attention to details and her customer service is off the chain. She has squeezed me into her schedule, she lets me come in early, and she is very attentive. If you need a go to gal, I highly recommend her. Tell her I sent you.
