I experienced a great pedicure in the moment. I realized the man cutting my toenails was cutting the edges at an angle. Everything was fine for that day. About a week after my pedicure, I woke up to an aching toenail. After looking at a super red and inflamed toe, I realized it was an ingrown toenail. I’ve tried to removed it and do home remedies but nothing is working so far. Very painful and do not recommend to anybody. Please educate the staff that cutting toenails at an angle will result in extreme pain days later.

It was ok. I didn’t like having my nails soaked off in a bowl. Much prefer cotton ball and foil. My main problem was I was rushed when I was the only one there also I brought my two daughters. They wanted rainbow nails and a guy told them no one color so she cried and picked one color. Then called my daughter a cry baby several times. I wasn’t sure if he was trying to joke or be funny but I didn’t like it... the nails came out pretty but I thought 50 dollars was high for plain color dipped nails. I usually go to Bridget at Heritage salon but was inpatient and wanted to get them done right away. My mistake.

I have been here several time and bad experience every time but decided to give them one more chance. Went in sat in the chair 30 mins before they filled tube w/ water, which was ice cold the girl filling the water kept checking the temp but cont. filling it anyways. So finally when the tech came over I asked for warm water because the water was ICE cold. they drained it and had a problem with the water heater. finally got warm water. Paid for a bigger package to get the callus remover since covid, he wasn't going to use it, i asked him why he wasn't using it and he finally did but barely put pressure on it which trashed my heels, the manager/owner came over and had to fix my heels, after my toes were already painted and gripped at the kid that did my feet the entire time he was scrubbing my feet. went to pay and nothing he charged me full price, very disappointing. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

I love how Jenny does my nails. I've done a full set with her twice and loved them both times. She is also really good at nail art.
