My manicurist/pedicurist was going through the motions and putting on a good show but not actually cleaning anything. I pointed out a few nails and asked him to go back again which he did without acknowledging me. He also didn't paint the side of my nails. It's only a small stripe that's likely not visible to anyone else, but next time, I'll likely take my business elsewhere.

I received a very rude technician whom snapped at me very loudly when I asked her to repeat what she said.
