I recently got my nails done here and did not have a good experience. I was not very happy with my nails, and when I told the nail tech he told me I should have told him earlier on and continued to do my nails the way he wanted to. When I nicely told him I wanted my money back, he just got up and walked away. As another lady fixed my nails he stood behind her and shook his head at me. Not long after this I was getting my nails done at another nearby shop, and one of the owners from Exotic Nails was there apparently visiting a friend who worked there. As soon as I came in she immediately began giving me looks and whispering about me. I had a bad enough experience at her shop, but on top of that she has to cause someone to have a bad experience at another nail shop? In my opinion that is extremely rude and unacceptable.

Stopped in for a pedicure and the girl was very nice but did a crappy job. She stopped in the middle of my pedicure to go do her friend eyebrows. Just got up when she came back to me she rushed through the rest of my pedicure. No attention to the bottom of my feet. The white tips are uneven and she didn’t even get all of my old polish off. Poor customer service and a rush job, no thank you

Honestly wouldn’t even give it one star. I asked for ombré..... THEY ARENT EVEN CLOSE TO OMBRÉ, MY DOG COULD HAVE DONE BETTER.

This isn't Michael. This is his girl friend & I wouldn't suggest going there. The "Owner" was so rude & snapped his fingers at me. He was on his phone the whole time & did an awful job. He tried to tell me how I wanted them done & was just plain rude. I would suggest Pro Nails by the pink elephant in Barboursville. I had two black widows put on my ring fingers & one of them is falling off & the other the red spot on the belly has ran down the nail. If he's the owner or manager I'd fire him on a dime the way he speaks & treats people. Like I said Pro Nails all the way. I'll never ever go back to Exotic ever again & I wouldn't give this establishment any stars if I had the choice.

Got mine done today. There was no wait and I didn't need an appointment. He did a great job on my nails. I came in wanting a particular look, but after explaining what I wanted, he showed me that the look I wanted was for shorter nails. I had my heart set on long nails, so he showed me what would look good. I love them. They are oval, long and I picked a dark grape color.
