I thought I’d give them a second chance because the first time I went they had just opened.
IT. IS. NO. BETTER!
Not only do they require cash only tip BUT for YOUR CONVENIENCE they have an ATM machine that you can get cash for for a service fee of course. I was paying for two people. I explained I was paying for two. Repeated myself three times. Charged me for one. Had to run my card AGAIN! Well guess what?! My bank is looking out for me and thinks these three charges one after the other are fraudulent so it won’t allow the charge to go through. It’s after 5pm so I can’t get a human on the phone to rectify the situation. I understand this was an honest mistake. I do. But then this guy has the audacity to ask me if I want to pay cash?! REALLY?! Didn’t I just have to use your ATM machine to get cash for the TIP?! He tried my card 3 more times. I asked for a manager. I explained. Then the clerk explained in his language. We ran my card again and it finally went through. This took close to 30 minutes all the while I’ve explained I was paying for us both because I had to go. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR RETURN AGAIN! Seriously Not Typically a Karen.

First the space is beautiful and very clean. I had to wait a bit but that was not a issue for me. Hanna is amazing. She did everything I asked of her and I am extra with my nails. I have to say it may be the best that they have ever been done. She fixed a broken nail, put the arch back in them, did 3 colors and nail art(told you I was extra lol) they are beautiful and I should probably be able to go 3/4 weeks with how well they were done, which is impressive because I am hard on my nails. I will definitely be returning to have her do my nails and toes next time

My 12 year old granddaughter went today around 3pm today asked just to have her toe nails polished since she just had a basic pedicure there 2 weeks. A male insisted she needed a pedicure and my 12 year insisted she only wanted a polish change. Then Kim- the woman assigned to her told her she was getting a pedicure and told her she needed the $55 pedicure - she asked my husband who was there with her and he said he was confused what she was asking. My granddaughter called me and put Kim on the phone and said very rudely she was almost Halfway finished which didn’t make sense she they had only been there 15 min therefore what in the type of pedicure is she doing? My granddaughter is uste to pedicure and if she says no pedicure than they should have respected her or at the minimum went for the Basic

Great service. They are quick bit also efficient. They will pamper you and make you feel important.

Great overall experience I do feel if you don’t spend a certain amount there they don’t provide you with the service that those who spend more money on would have . All customers should have a great experience there regardless of what you spend .
