I went in to get a full set with Gel top coat. It took way to long. I asked for square, which some of them are...some of them are not. She broke one, and didn't fix it. On top of that, she painted my nails and missed large areas, and got mad when I asked her to fix them. I also had to sit with my hands under their UV lights for a long time to dry them and they still weren't fully dry. I paid $30 just for them to look awful and not even dry. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else do go. I love going and getting my nails done, and they really upset me with the lack of quality they have.

I've gone to Glamour Nails since I was in high school. I graduated in 2004. I understand everyone has a bad day. The straw that broke the camels back was when $93 was taken off my card for a $27 service and the owner, Ann told me I was asking too much when I asked her for gift certificate to compensate for the financial inconvenience due to her employee carelessly act. I told Ann that a free polish or a $5 gift card would compensate for the negligent mishap. Ann told me I was asking too much & that it was the banks fault for refunding her employees negligent mishap. The first incident was when Ann dropped wax in my eye doing an eyebrow wax. I told her thanks for her free services in the back and in private. Why would she charge me after that??? She waited until I got to the door and yelled out loud, "girl, you got pay"...

By far one of the worst acrylic nail sets I have ever paid for in my 15 years of getting them done. I asked for a shorter coffin nail style and the lady seemed to not know how to do that, instead offering almond shape. Which that wasn't even done properly. My tip doesnt touch the nail underneath, leaving space for everything to cram up in there, constantly I am left cleaning it out. She did not file them around the nail beds and I had to ask her to make them thinner, so they didn't look so thick and ugly. She didn't like that either giving it the execuse of the polish and not the acrylic she piled on it. The gel polish I used is already fading around my edges. She also mentioned she buys the cheaper gel polish, for her cost, instead of a quality one. I am 32 years old and like stylish, beautiful nails. I see her clientele is mostly older woman in their later 40s and on, who I assume she is just doing their nails and they don't have much to compare to. I on the other hand, only opted to go here, instead of a place in Beavercreek, because it was close to my family's area, whom I'm visiting. I would NEVER go here again off the quality of my nails and how they werw done. BY FAR THE WORST NAIL JOB I HAVE HAD DONE IN YEARS, and I get mine done every 2 weeks. Beware of the low quality, rush job you will pay for. There must be better choices, just a little further out of Xenia. I don't need friendy workers over beautiful quality nails I'm paying for. Never again.
