The only thing i can say is joy 💖💖💖💖 wow such a sweetheart!!! so professional i love my hair !!! the experience can be describe only in one word beautifullll experience! and it was only a haircut but when it was time wash my hair i was in heaven!!!! products are amazing!!! stephanie gave me a full consultation she listen to me and gave me advise her main focus is keeping your hair best healthy shape possible she is very attentive her humbleness won me over and she is very true to herself love that of her the salon feels peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely return for my balayage experience can't wait!!! Avante salon exceeded my expectations!

UPDATE- The GM reached out to me and she was wonderful. Completely understood where I was coming from and offered great service. Her doing that made a difference for me . highly appreciated ........
I always come to avante for when I want to dye my hair something other then dark. If I want blonde highlights or even a nice red I will make an appointment at this place because they have always done a fantastic job on color . I usually request Jaime but the last few times I did not and I still came out with good results so I just assumed everyone who worked there was on their A game..... well I was fooled .
I had a 21 year old newbie doing my hair and she completely did the opposite of what I wanted . I told her I wanted blonde highlights. I was honest with her about my hair history and even told her if she can’t do it then I have a back up plan.... she made me sign a waiver (which they never have before) I thought it was something new but now that I think of it, it’s because she doesn’t know what she is doing. After doing 2 “tests” (never had that done either) of trying to lift my hair she said it’s too damaging and pretty much she could not do it ... so why did I sign a waiver ? My first time ever going to jaime she did PEARL bleach blonde highlights on me. So I was confused . I’m not a confrontational person so I just assumed she knew what was best . Because she is the stylist here right ???
I asked for an all over chocolate brown . My hair was three different colors because of my new growth and box dye . I just wanted it to match.... she even recommended to me that if I ever want to go lighter to not get brown with a red undertone. I completely agreed! I don’t want red to begin with . So since we can’t do blonde just a nice brown all over not to dark is fine . ( I will get the blonde somewhere else honestly). So she dyes my hair .....
ITS RED !!!!!! And still 3 different colors. That’s problem number 1. Problem number 2. I am black . I have ethnic curly hair ... she didn’t know how to style it . She struggled blow drying it . Didn’t get it as dry as it can get my roots were still poofy... then it came to “styling” it . I just wanted it straight. She couldn’t even do that. She literally didn’t straighten my roots . My hair looked as if I walked outside in the rain. It was not straight... she Tried to “flip” my bangs which was just a mess , it looked horrible . I walked out the salon with a pony tail.
When I got home I re straightens it and the color was just awful. My boyfriend was upset I was upset it was freakin red ! Only thing she did right was my hair cut. I love the cut. But she messed up my color and now i can’t go blonde as soon as i wanted . My boyfriend called one of the managers marci. She was nice on the phone with him and gave him a option that I can come in and get it fixed. But when I called and explained the problem she was trying to defend her stylist . When I said my hair was not straight She said “ I remember you looking at it and I saw that it was straight” .. excuse me ? I have curly hair . She did not straighten it to its full potential so how dare she assume that I’m making this up ? Then when I told her it was red and I wanted a chocolate brown she said chocolate brown has a little red in it ... oh well I told your stylist that I did not want red so your stylist should have proceeded with a different color. I get having your stylists back but she gave me something I did not ask for . so I Made an appointment and got it fixed by a stylist named Jessica and her team . She helped a lot and fixed my hair (it’s dark brown) .. what I’m disappointed in is that I had to leave wet, I couldn’t even get my hair styled. My hair was never styled on my first attempt so I would think they could at least straighten for me ... and it wasn’t Jessica’s fault it’s management.... also Jessica blow dryed a piece to show me the color when it’s dry and she did a perfect job blow drying my CURLY HAIR.. just shows I was put with a newer stylist to begin with.

By far my favorite salon. Bailey is the best hair dresser I have ever been to. She is amazing. All the ladies there were pleasant. Was gifted a salon visit, but will definitely be returning as a permanent client.
