I was looking to get a simple manicure, and decided on perfect nails because I’d only heard good things. I had a very simple design I wanted them to do and brought a picture with me. I made an appointment ahead of time. When I arrived, the person working the register was rude and short with me. It felt like he expected me to know what to do when I arrived (take my temperature, wash my hands, etc.) having never been there before, I was unaware of their protocol. I sat down in the chair and waited for a half hour before anyone approached me. I showed the nail artist my picture and she began working. She finished one hand and then all of a sudden asked me to pay. I couldn’t really understand her so she asked the guy working the register to talk to me. He asked me to pay now so that I wouldn’t mess up my nails.....but they had already finished one hand so this seemed kind of odd to me. In front of the nail tech, he asked me how much I wanted to tip. Having not seen the finished manicure, I was really hesitant to tip but I felt very uncomfortable so I agreed to add a tip at that time. Everyone in the salon was staring at me by this point as I’m sure they realized it was odd as well. It was also very awkward because no one else in the entire salon paid before/during their service. Every single other person paid after their service. I was sitting directly next to the register and the salon was very small so I realized this very quickly. It felt like I was being singled out and made me very uncomfortable. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Lee has been doing my nails for three years now! This place is the best! From designs, to colors, services, and customer service. I will always come here.

They asked me what colors I wanted but they wouldn’t let me pick my own shade or anything. They also cut 3 of my fingers and my hands hurt for 2 weeks. I don’t recommend at all.
