Googled nail salon visiting Pocatello and glad I did! Friendly smiles..taken right away by sweet technician. Polish selection all in color order..and good variety. Recommend this place. Nice people!

Best experience I’ve ever had! Me and my mother in law are just passing through town and this salon got us in fast and we were finished within about an hour and a half. We both had a pedicure and French tip done. It was filling up fast and they worked on everyone there in a reasonable amount of time. They are professional, so kind and welcoming! My toes and nails look amazing! I highly recommend this place!

Honestly I could have done better myself! I got acrylic nails and I made two appointments one for a friend the other for me and both acrylic nails and both pedicures. When we got the they were unaware of what our appointments were for. Once they started on the acrylic nails I got the lady in charge and she was rushing and 4 of my acrylic nails were not put on straight, there are also many air bubbles in the acrylic itself. I have had the nails for 2 weeks and they are already lifting away from the nails. When I got my pedicure my feet didn’t even get to soak for a minute. The girls doing our pedicures were very nosy and did a poor job on my nail polish! This is the worst nail salon experience I have ever had! I say try lovely nails instead! They are much better in every way!

I’ve lived in Pocatello for 25 years and I would have to say that #1 Nail is by far the best. The entire staff is very professional. I’ve been going every two weeks now for a while and I am so happy with my pedicure and manicure every time. Good Job #1 Nail you live up to your name!

My nails always come out fantastic! Cindy does a great job! The staff is friendly and helpful! They always recommend new techniques and fashionable colors/designs. I receive multiple compliments every time I get my nails done, from total strangers. In need of a pedicure? Try the "deluxe" , it is like a slice of heaven for your feet and worth the extra money. Thank you Cindy and team for making me feel pampered!
