Horrible experience...my wife has been cut numerous times by the staff. Every time she goes up there its a horrible experience. Do not go here ! Very inexperienced staff. Ive tried calling but they wont answer the phone. I posted pictures of her nails when she got home on the google website. Look how horrible they look! I can not believe this! ! Who does this to people. Im going to call mall staff and report this . She could get infections and shes pregnant! I want something done about this!

Poor service, old nail polish, rude to me and cause the nails got smudged so i asked if she could fix them she kept telling me 20 minutes about 4 times. I would give it 0 stars of i could

Awful!! Never again will I get my nails done here!!! Rude staff and HORRIBLE work! Definitely not worth $50!!!

Never again they wait till half way done then tell you you have to pay more money. They I guess was having a bad day and was rude with my 17 & 16 year old daughters. The acrylic was old but still used it cause it had bubbles every where on their nails. The nails and some of of the lines were crooked. Ands my oldest wanted her nails longer but they wouldn't let her. That was her choice not theirs! I called them to talk to them about it they acted like they couldn't here my and hung up on me. RUDE! So my girls or I will NEVER go back there again!
