The first time I visited this salon was for a haircut that ended up being uneven and uneventful. And the second time I was giving them another chance since there were a few customers who looked like regulars, I figured..."how bad could it be". I told the owner Mercedes what I wanted and she told me that she would be able to do it. I just asked for some partial highlights with a light blonde tone. My hair is very dark and this is a nice look if done correctly. When my hair was completely done, I asked for yet another haircut that she was incapable of doing. Leaving me with once again, a boring basic trim that I paid full price for and after blowing it out (not even flat ironing it) it was frizzy and uneven colored. I left and went home to get a better look. My hair at the roots were orange and highlights were paper thin like as if it was a cap highlight but I paid for foils. It was truly awful. $187 wasted after tip which she asked for by the way...I have since just let it grow out and wondered if I should have called them to fix but if you can't even blend the colors and pull straight brassy orange around my root area to where I could not even wear my hair up...than I'm not going to have you fix it. I'm you're walking poster board and you let me leave like that?? That's ok, I told everyone I know that I got it done at Mercedes Final Touch.

The service is not even close to professional. I asked for a trim, described in details what I want and what I do not want. They gave me short cut anyway. Nobody listens or cares.
They keep the white sanitary strips on the counter for putting them around the neck under the sheet.
She did not use it on me, saved one strip.
Is it a violation of sanitary norms?
I don’t care, never come back anyway. There are quite a few shops in the area that offer better service for less money.

Mercedes is awesome! She's v sweet and is a great stylist. I have thin straight hair and after trying a few places, this is the one place where I get my money's worth in a blow out. She's also very quick which is a definite plus for me.

This Salon is Amazing...Great place to get anything done for your hair...Clean, Professional, very friendly employees and I recommend this salon every chance I get...Suzana (Suzi) is super amazing and extremely knowledgeable who always did a great job.. She is seriously talented hair magician...!!!
