Got a manicure and the girl was super distracted and missed a decent amount of a couple of my nails while painting them. Went right over to the store next door and bought the same polish and redid them myself.

I've been to 4 nail salons in Citrus County since moving from Broward County . and this by far is the best nail salon that Ive been to, I absolutely Adore Kathy and her family that own and run this shop. I will never change nail shops.. So when in Crystal do stop it and give them a try, I promise you wont be disappointed.☺

The absolute WORST experience I have EVER had getting my nails done & I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years! I give this place 0 stars!! I have NO clue how this place has even 3 stars. First things first, I walked in asking for a new set of nails because I wanted to go from Pink & White gels to a solid color.. ANY real nail tech would have known from the beginning that the pink & whites had to come OFF in order to do a solid color change... the lady filled my pink & whites with regular clear acrylic & told me she planned on putting the color I wanted over the white. WHAT THE F**K!? I made her take off all of the nails and start fresh.. In a rush to service other people & as terrible as I thought she was doing .. I tried not to be too picky and let her do her job... Lets just say after trying to convince myself that my nails are not that bad.. Here I am letting everyone know .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! For a horrible pedicure & full set .. I lost $80 & I left the salon more stressed than when I walked in.. Lesson Learned .. When in doubt, follow your gut!! & let me just throw in ... I gave the place the benefit of the doubt even with how run down the place looked when I walked in.. Stupid Stupid Stupid!! Worst experience EVER!

NO. Don’t waste your time or money! They charge to much for anything other than white tip and never consistent with their prices. Polish is old as dirt and the place is ver run down and not clean. She asks way to many questions about personal life and is very critical and rude. I agree with another reviewer. She acts like she’s doing you a favor instead of providing a service. She also treated me as if I were beneath her. When I walked in the last time, first thing she said to me was “what do you want!” In a very rude abrupt way. Like I was bothering her by showing up. Mind you, It is a walk in place. I brought a friend to get nails done too that day, and was totally embarrassed by her greeting me that way. So unprofessional. Her husband is also always very rude and rough on my nails. I bleed every time I get him. After about 4 years of going there on and off, I’m completly done!

Myself and my Family members have been going here for the last 2 years and neither one of us has ever had a problem with quality and friendly service. The owner does Fabulous work. I will only go here for my nails. The prices are by far very reasonable for Citrus County..
