I’ve never written a review before but my manicure just now was so awful that I have to (I’m only giving two stars bc my gel pedicure was fine). First off, I should have known it would go south when I told the lady I wanted NexGen french tips and she didn’t know what I was talking about. After explaining I wanted dip powder not gel she confirmed that she could do that for me. The whole process of getting my nails done took way longer than it ever has and the end product made me look like Snooki. The edges aren’t straight and veer out, the white tips are too thick, the nails have divets in them, and the finish sucks.

I’m not the type to write reviews but this was a must, I walked into this nail shop today only because it was by my lash studio, and they weren’t busy so that was a plus. Well I was told one price then they started on my nails half way through then the lady asks me did they tell you the price so I said yes she said 35 she then says no these are 50, the lady that told me the price gets amnesia saying no I told you 35 for regular polish and me and the woman never talked about regular polish I knew what I wanted and I wanted powder. So long story shot they took 5 dollars off so I paid 45 for powder dip and my nails look like my baby cousin did them never again will I go here. Plus they have a lot of old people and regular customers that go here and all their getting is shellac on their real nails so please save your money their expensive and their quality is garbage. You’ve been warned

Received an eyebrow wax that looked like absolutely nothing was done at all. Service was terrible.

Julie is the best! Great customer service. I love getting eyebrow wax as well.
