Terrible customer service! I called ahead of time to ask to make an appointment because I wanted to soak off the current nails/polish I had on. They told me it was fine to just walk in. My natural nails underneath the acrylic nails were way longer than what’s pictured. She butchered my nails so bad and burn me several times with her nail tool. She kept rushing through my polish because she seen more people coming through the front door. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Waste of time
