Went here before covid with friends, always running late, took 2 hrs just for a rebase. It was a very nice job and lasted but once everything was set to reopen I contacted them to get my appointment, I have tried reaching out the them numerous times, still waiting since middle of May. I guess they don’t want to keep returning customers.

Lady was so rude...almost refused me after she got all my tips on because she said she was very picky and didn’t like what I, THE PAYING CUSTOMER, wanted done? I had to repeat myself so many times and she still didn’t understand and kept asking for a picture. I’m sorry but coffin on all fingers and stiletto on ring fingers only is NOT that hard to understand

Got a shellac manicure while I was in town for vacation. It's been 2 weeks and Tien did an amazing job! They still look AMAZING!

yesterday I went for a pedicure and I received bad service,the lady who attended me hurt my toe and when I told her it was bleeding she continued to hurt my toe after I told her to stop,I went back today to ask for my money back but they didn't want to give it back so I wouldn't recommend going here,they have rude service and they infected my toe
