If I could leave a negative star I would! I asked for a dip manicure. I told the technician that was doing my nails that I wanted them shorter, he did what he wanted and kept them long and squared them. Since I asked for a manicure along with it after getting my nails shaped I thought he was going to trim my cuticles. WRONG! After I noticed he had started using the activator, I said I was suppose to be getting my cuticles trimmed. His response was your cuticles aren’t very long. I said I hadn’t had someone else do my nails in a very long time...he continued to use the dip on me, I didn’t get anything I asked for. he said nothing... don’t waste your 35$ just to get a dip manicure. That’s the most ridiculous nail experience I have ever had! Save yourself!

I’ve been getting pedicures in Creve Coure for the last 3 years and every other place that I’ve been to ...I’ve always left slightly unsatfied with the service. This was my first time here and I was BEYOND satisfied with my experience. WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO FIND THIS PLACE!!! For sure my new go to spot!! They have a little menu And you can chose what type of service you want...I thought that was super cool! Tina was my technician and she was the bomb! My nails are perfect (they were absolutely not prior to this lol) If you’re looking for an experience that is affordable, relaxing, and leaves you fully satisfied....THIS IS THE PLACE!!

Walked in 30 minutes before closing time and got treated like I was the first customer of the day. Jessica is awesome. Nice people good service.

I would give zero stars if I could. I didn't like the way Kim did my nails. I had gel nail polish put on my nails (manicure) and when I told her I wanted my nails square and then rounded at the edges she acted like she understood. But then she did my hand nails rounded. And I hate round nails on the hands. On women, rounded nails do not look good! Why is it so hard for them to understand?! I hate this place more and more each day. She can't understand English and honestly I'm not happy with my nails. At the end when I told her that I wanted them square-round on the hand, she tried to do it, but she couldn't. The quality has gone down and honestly I hate to say it, and English is their biggest barrier. I go out of my way to go there, and now I will be seeking out other places. Don't waste your time. Ladue nails is pretty good and Rose's nails is good too. The understand English, which is key when getting nails done properly.

Came in 40 minutes before closing and walked away with beautiful nails and feeling refreshed! The staff was very polite and the prices are great. I will be coming back!
