I have been going here for about 3-4 years, all the ladies that work there are very friendly, feels like going to a friends place. Always satisfied with my nails when either Lynn, Kim, or Theresa do them; but Mike does not do a very good job with my nails, so I will not let him to my nails. If it weren't for the ladies, I would never go back, when you call for an appointment, Mike always answers, and gets rude when you tell him you prefer one of the ladies. Then he will always say they are booked, because I don't think he likes it that no one wants him to do there nails. I think he should quite doing nails. My rating is totally because of Mike.

MIKE IS SO RUDE!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Lynn did excellent work so I overlooked Mike being rude to me and other customers on several occasions due to appreciating Lynn! But this last time when I called for an appointment was unacceptable and I AM DONE! One word of advice for Lynn if you read these reviews TAKE THE PHONE AWAY FROM YOUR HUSBAND! Customer service goes a long way! It’s a shame Mike is there he’s ruining your business!

Would love to give negative stars. Bait and switch tactics being used. Daughter was quoted $25 over the phone, but when she went in they charged $50. Mike called a 16 year old child “stupid”. Be prepared for financial and emotional abuse if you go here.

Hands down would take my business elsewhere! Went in with my bestfriend I had the guy and I got nothing like I wanted my friend got one of the girls and had little to complain about with her but on top of the over all poor nail care he is very rude and disrespectful.
