Helen is great with pedicures. She's always been very nice to me.
If I'm ever unhappy with a color or shape of my nail they change it with no issues at all. I've been coming here since 2016.

This place is absolutely horrible!! No customer service skills, immediate attitude if you tell them that you prefer thin French tips(harder to do, more time consuming).I’ve been in 3 times, every time they leave bubbles on my gel manicure, not to mention that the sides of all my nails lift up less than a week of getting my nails done. Easy way to get FUNGUS!!!
I went in and showed them the disaster, her response was it was 10 days since I went in, so she can’t help. I have to pay AGAIN to get them fixed. I said this lifting didn’t miraculously happen all today, you can see it’s been days like this, and today I’m off of work and was able to come in. She could care less!! All she wanted was my money. Didn’t even ask who did my gels so horribly!! Well, if you want ZERO friendly ness, ZERO the guest is always right, and a horrible job done, this is your place!

I tried this place after a couple of friends recommended it, despite the amount of negative reviews. I got a full set in stilettos, which the manager applied beautifully. He then handed me off to another nail tech, Phillip, who proceeded to apply the acrylic lopsided and totally killed the shape. He was far too rough with the drill and left my cuticles raw and slightly bleeding. He was also very unfriendly, and would push my arms and hands around instead of asking to change my position. Eventually I asked the manager for someone else to fix the very crooked nail on my thumb, which he did a quick file on to somewhat change the shape but I felt he should have at least apologized as I was clearly unhappy. Obviously I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend that if you decide to give this salon a try, get a different nail tech.

Not at all happy with my experience. My nails are beautiful, but this place sucked. My manicurist was named Philip, and he was constantly hurting me. If my hand was not where he wanted it to be, then he would jerk my arm and tell me to relax my hand. Also, i got the acrylics, which the sign says are $25. After my nails we’re done, he told me to pay $40. When i protested this, he said “you picked gel nail polish. I tell you over and over, you pick gel, this cost more.” He never once said this. I will NEVER come back here.

It was my first time there. Helen was rude. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. You can tell she was in a rush, didn't speak much when I tried to have a conversation. Didn't even scrub my feet enough to take off the dead skin. My feet look the way they were when I went in but with just a new color :/
