Under my quality standards. Staff takes shortcuts when it comes to pedicure. Uses cheesegrater to remove callus instead of solution. Uses drill to remove cuticles instead of cuticle clippers. Only ok if your favorite technician is busy - but if I were you, I'll wait for your fav. to be available or do it yourself.

I've been going to Nail Trap for many years. Katie is my overall nail lady & if she's not there.....I'll gladly have Helen do my nails. Sometimes it's a live comedy show. Don't let the area fool you. Always satisfied. 100%
